The show investigates the figure of Nikola Tesla, the great scientist who in the early 1900s was among the greatest inventors in history. Wrapped in an aura of legend that almost flows into mysticism, the paradox of the name Tesla is that it is today perhaps more famous as a brand, or a capitalist brand, whereas the domination of American capital has hindered, or at least not helped, the creation of greatest work of the inventor, the so-called Wardencliffe Tower experiment. Having agreed with the largest banker of the time, JP Morgan, for the construction of one or more towers capable of transmitting radio waves, Nikola Tesla, having now almost completed the work, was refused a final loan to complete what, in its initially undeclared intentions, it would have been the epochal turning point for humanity, namely the production of free electricity for everyone and everywhere. The show traces this story not always remembered in today's news and often the subject of skepticism on the part of official science. Yet that episode marks the decline of Tesla the inventor, the ostracism of Wall Street and therefore of all those who could have financed such an incredible discovery.
